Our Principles
Three Posts Consulting has three pillars of service to our clients and in our workplace:
- Knowledge
We promote knowledge and learning in a variety of ways. Educating the public as well as our clients has substantial benefits to the community at large in understanding where and how to seek help for their concerns and problems. At the end of our representation as your consultants, we want you to walk away with feeling like you gained something more than just a bunch of jargon-based results.
- Integrity
We promote integrity in our representation with our clients and within our workplace. If we are unable to help you solve a problem because of lack of expertise, we will gladly find you someone else who does have the expertise. We don’t make judgements based on our “best guess” but rather try to deal with each situation like our own, and provide you with options that make sense to you. As well, our billing standards and practices will always be transparent with our clients. Taking responsibility for faults and miscommunication is part of this, and we are happy to answer your questions and concerns in a transparent and open way.
- Perseverance
Perseverance and hard work underline all of our actions in helping you make sense of your situation and achieving your goals in a project or consultation relationship. We want to get you the right results in a timely manner. We advocate for our clients’ interests like they are ours, and always do as much work as the job needs to be done. If we are unable to get you the results you expect, we take care to offer you other options and alternatives through other specialists and experts.

- No fees for phone calls under one hour
- No fees for text messages (within reason)
- No fees for emails or responding to emails
- No retainers or extraneous costs
